Every year Officeday organizes the only international exhibition of office equipment and solutions in Baltic states. This year the opening took place on April 26th in Lithuania - in the modern and exclusive design business center K29. The event attracted over 600 visitors and participants from all over the world.
All the visitors were able to get acquainted with the news of office supplies and services, to communicate with manufacturers and get a lot of advices from them. Visitors were surprised by many gifts, free coffee and tea tasting and various activities.
"First of all, this fair of office supplies is the only one in Baltic states and it invites clients from all three Baltic countries. And this year, when we celebrate special occasion, we decided to organize the centennial fair," summarized Marius Staugaitis, CEO of Officeday.
The theme of the exhibition was well reflected in the stands - carton-shaped walls represented Baltic Sea that connects all three countries – Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia.
Officeday exhibitions featured not only news and innovations of office products, but also the news catalog specifically released for this event. Visitors also had the opportunity to be first to see and download office equipment application for mobile devices – the first of this kind office products application in Lithuania. The same day of exhibition the updated Officeday web site launched for clients.
During the event 5 professional representatives arranged 5 seminars of different fields. Mantas Cegelskas, professional actor and lecturer, had shared advices about public speaking. Lecturer and communication specialist Janina Sabaitė Melnikovienė talked about employer's image – strategy of the 5 steps. Head of event organizing company Tomas Balčiūnas provided advice on how company can organize an event itself, and when it needs professional help. Participants of the seminar "Digital Training Tools" got acquainted with technological news directly from Officeday IT sales manager Lukas Genys. Lecturer Šarūnas Dignaitis, who brought drumming to the workshop, revealed some tips on how to manage time and cope with the challenges.
On the same day Lithuania‘s Best Secretary contest final was held in which TOP8 finalist together with competent jury decided who is the best this year. From all over 200 participants this year, only one got the – administrator Eglė Tamašauskaitė, company - "BAA Training". "I hope that my victory will motivate other colleagues to go out of the comfort zone and participate in such competitions," the winner of this year spoke with the diploma in her hands.
